Erin recalls, “I hadn’t paid attention to US Founders Club 2.0 since it started because I didn’t want the pressure. I felt it was out of my realm.”

Her attitude changed when she suddenly had a new Why driving her. “I made it happen in three months! I had a week to plan and then I jumped in headfirst. It seemed like I wouldn’t make it, but I pushed harder. I made calls every day and lined up classes every week, bringing in numbers and enrollments I’d never accomplished before. I was determined, and I had strong faith that pulled this all together in three months. It’s been such a humbling ride.”

What was Erin’s transformative Why that changed everything? She says, “I’m a true story of how your Why and faith can help you move mountains. My Why was bigger than myself. I did this all for my sweet mom. One reminder that’s carried me through these months is Matthew 17:20–21. It says if you have faith even the size as a mustard seed, nothing will be impossible for you. You’ll move mountains.”

Erin’s biggest advice for others working to become Founders 2.0 is, “Build a bulletproof mental game. If you want it, put up a fight for it! Don’t let an ounce of negativity or doubt creep in.”
