Ashley joined doTERRA in April 2014. She’s committed to the integrity and heart of the company founders. “[They] continually inspire me,” she says. She adores that she can help someone feel empowered to care for their and their family’s wellness. “I’ve seen miracles when my kids use doTERRA products, and I love helping other moms experience the same.”

When US Founders Club 2.0 was announced, Ashley didn’t think she could do it. She’d already achieved Gold and had lost multiple builders that year. “I was so discouraged,” she remarks. Then in November 2022, Karina Sammons encouraged her to go for Platinum, and she did it! By the time Sprint to the Finish was announced, Ashley was confident she could do it. She had the inspired idea to host a big drive for 72-Hour Emergency Relief Kits to bring in volume. She felt extremely blessed when she found a local business willing to match the Relief Kit donations. With the help of so many, including her account manager, Morgan Tronson, she was able to achieve all of her goals!

Ashley’s advice to anyone aiming for big goals within doTERRA is, “Don’t give up! Find someone who believes in you and will encourage you when things get tough. For me, that was Morgan. I’m so thankful for the incredible resource doTERRA provides us in account management.”
